We collect information you provide when you create an account, generate a deck, or upload data. This includes your email address, presentation content, and any files you upload for data ingestion.
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the DeckAI service. We do not sell your data or use your presentation content to train AI models without explicit consent.
Generation sends relevant prompts, presentation content, and data context to configured AI providers. These may include Anthropic, OpenRouter, and providers routed through OpenRouter, depending on the server configuration. Each provider's terms and privacy policy apply to its processing. Prompts and generation context may be retained with your saved decks.
Saved decks and account information are stored to operate the service. You can delete decks from your dashboard. For account deletion or a data-retention request, contact our support team.
Stripe processes payments for Clarion. We send Stripe the account email and identifiers needed to connect your subscription to DeckAI. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, billing-period dates, and minimal event receipts to manage access. DeckAI does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to its processing.
